The Tesifa Project

The Answer To Abject Poverty Is Here - The Tesifa Project. It seems like just yesterday we were starting off with a 2-pound bag of rice, determined to do more than just watch as people literally starve to death. We are determined to help the people of East Africa make a permanent “life-giving” change for themselves and their families...

The World I See – Crisis Aid

"I Don't Know Why You [Rescued Me] But You Saved My Life." THANK YOU - One of the greatest needs a human being has is to know that they are loved. That is what keeps bringing them back, sure the food is important but love is more important. To us we may be building a building, or giving food, or drilling a water well -- but to them: it is a miracle.  Often times things look impossible...but for us, we ask: "but how are we going to do this?" "REFUSE TO DO NOTHING"

A Life Worth Fighting For

According to Forbes, sex trafficking is the fastest growing crime in the world today. How is it possible that this evil continues to spread like a plague relatively unchecked for decades? This is a travesty far beyond what words can describe. Since 2007, Crisis Aid and our partners have worked with girls across the globe trapped in this living hell; their lives shattered and destroyed beyond recognition. Yet through these years, we have been privileged to help over 1,000 of these innocent young girls escape and move toward a new life completely restored and fulfilled!

Jengo’s Story – Hope For Tomorrow

Meet Terenet. This is the beginning of his story, not the end. We stay connected to families we serve through the feeding programs across the regions we support. Over the years we watch the children who would most likely have died if it weren't for generous donations and people who refuse to do nothing. Now we see them not only surviving but thriving, growing, learning, and helping others. While visiting a new family in the feeding program in a very remote part of East Africa we came across a severely malnourished boy who also was a cripple - simply sitting on his mat. What happened after that is inspiring. This video highlights exactly what happens when we see a need.
